I wish I had a picture to show you all, but the spicy chicken and waffles were absolutely outstanding. The chicken was perfectly fried, with a golden, crispy coating that delivered a satisfying crunch in every bite. Beneath the crisp exterior, the meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The spice level was just right—bringing a bold kick that complemented the dish without overwhelming it. The experience was made even better by the exceptional service. Dede, the bartender, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived.

My husband and I love Fancy’s for date night <3 I’m from Mississippi so I’m pretty judgy on southern food. They have many dishes that are super awesome. My favorites the fried okra, chicken and waffles, and the crawfish po boy. My husband loves the country fried steak! If you get lucky enough to sit at the bar, I hope you get Tracy or Damon! They are super fun and attentive.

Best Southern cuisine! We enjoyed an early dinner here while visiting family. The chicken and waffles with house-made syrup were impeccable! The cornbread was the best I’ve had and I was born and raised AL.

I had an incredible dining experience, and I want to give a special shoutout to our waitress DD. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. Her excellent service truly enhanced our meal. And speaking of the meal—wow! The pot roast was absolutely the best I've ever tasted. Tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it practically melted in my mouth. The savory gravy, perfectly seasoned vegetables, and hearty meat made for a truly comforting and memorable dish. Thanks to DD for the fantastic service and to the kitchen for the outstanding pot roast—definitely a must-try for anyone craving a comforting, delicious meal. We'll be back soon!

The atmosphere of Fancy’s is awesome. The decor is real cool. The staff are friendly and attentive. I had the Biscuit and gravy meal. It was all a 5 for me. Fresh and yummy. My wife had the Chicken and Waffles. She rated it a 3.5. The best part was the syrup she said. Her complaints were that the chicken was dry and over salted and the waffle was rubbery. We still would come back and eat here again. They have a full bar also. The restaurant was clean as was the bathroom. We dined here on 6/14/25.
